Welcome to PraiseMates.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PraiseMates website, desktop application, and related services ("Services"). PraiseMates is a product operated by RhemaVisions ("RhemaVisions", "we", "our", or "us").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, installing, or using PraiseMates, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of an organization.
If you use PraiseMates on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, RhemaVisions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use PraiseMates.
This license does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Access to certain features of PraiseMates requires an active subscription.
Subscriptions are valid only for the purchased subscription period.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
Before your subscription expires, we may send reminder emails so you can choose whether to renew.
If you do not renew before the subscription expires, access to subscription features may be suspended until a new subscription is purchased.
Activating PraiseMates on a device starts a 30-day free trial. If you purchase a subscription before the trial ends, any remaining trial days are added on top of the subscription period you purchased, extending your access accordingly.
All prices are displayed before purchase.
Applicable taxes, including GST where required, may be charged.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
PraiseMates offers a 30-day free trial, starting from device activation, that allows users to evaluate the software and experience its features before purchasing a subscription. We encourage all users to use the trial period to determine whether PraiseMates meets their needs prior to making a purchase.
Because PraiseMates is a digital software product and users have the opportunity to evaluate the software before purchase, all subscription purchases are final.
Accordingly, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits after a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
PraiseMates licenses are activated on specific devices.
To verify licensing, the application generates a cryptographically hashed device identifier as described in our Privacy Policy.
Attempting to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with the licensing system constitutes a violation of these Terms.

PraiseMates, its software, branding, logos, documentation, website, and related materials are owned by RhemaVisions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.
You retain ownership of the presentations, media, and other content you create using PraiseMates.
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services.
However, we do not guarantee that PraiseMates or any online services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
We may release updates, bug fixes, security patches, or new features from time to time.
Some updates may be required to continue using certain Services.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.
PraiseMates is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RhemaVisions disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RhemaVisions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or relating to the use of PraiseMates.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may modify, improve, discontinue, or replace features of PraiseMates at any time.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will become effective upon publication with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of PraiseMates after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where RhemaVisions has its principal place of business.
