Welcome to PraiseMates.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PraiseMates website, desktop application, and related services ("Services"). PraiseMates is a product operated byRhema Visions ("Rhema Visions", "we", "our", or "us").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, installing, or using PraiseMates, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the higher age of majority required by the laws of your country) or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of an organization.
If you use PraiseMates on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, Rhema Visions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use PraiseMates.
This license does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
Access to certain features of PraiseMates requires an active subscription.
Subscriptions are valid only for the purchased subscription period.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
Before your subscription expires, we may send reminder emails so you can choose whether to renew.
If you do not renew before the subscription expires, access to subscription features may be suspended until a new subscription is purchased.
Activating PraiseMates on a device starts a 30-day free trial. If you purchase a subscription before the trial ends, any remaining trial days are added on top of the subscription period you purchased, extending your access accordingly.
From time to time, PraiseMates may run a promotional offer granting eligible new users a free period longer than the standard 30-day trial (currently up to 365 days), at our sole discretion. Eligibility and availability of this offer may change or end at any time without notice. Where this offer applies, it replaces rather than adds to the standard trial.
All prices are displayed before purchase.
Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your region: Indian Rupees (INR) for customers in India, or US Dollars (USD) for customers elsewhere. Applicable taxes — including GST (India), VAT, or other regional taxes — may be added to the displayed price.
PraiseMates is currently available to customers in India, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Africa, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. We may add or remove countries from this list at our discretion as we expand availability.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
PraiseMates offers a 30-day free trial, starting from device activation, that allows users to evaluate the software and experience its features before purchasing a subscription. We encourage all users to use the trial period to determine whether PraiseMates meets their needs prior to making a purchase. No payment is due, and nothing is refundable, for any period covered by the free trial.
For each paid purchase (a subscription payment or an extra-seat purchase), you may withdraw from that specific purchase within 14 days of the date it was charged, using the “Withdraw from this purchase” option available on your billing page. Each paid purchase has its own independent 14-day window — for example, if your base license is free this month under your trial but you separately pay for an extra seat, only that seat purchase is eligible for withdrawal.
Once you submit a withdrawal request, you will receive an email confirming we’ve received it. We will process your refund within 14 days of that request.
Outside of this 14-day withdrawal window, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits, except where required by applicable law.
PraiseMates licenses are activated on specific devices.
To verify licensing, the application generates a cryptographically hashed device identifier as described in our Privacy Policy.
Attempting to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with the licensing system constitutes a violation of these Terms.
You agree not to:
PraiseMates, its software, branding, logos, documentation, website, and related materials are owned by Rhema Visions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.
You retain ownership of the presentations, media, and other content you create using PraiseMates.
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services.
However, we do not guarantee that PraiseMates or any online services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
We may release updates, bug fixes, security patches, or new features from time to time.
Some updates may be required to continue using certain Services.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.
PraiseMates is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhema Visions disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rhema Visions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or relating to the use of PraiseMates.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may modify, improve, discontinue, or replace features of PraiseMates at any time.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will become effective upon publication with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of PraiseMates after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
